1. Using DmHook
You may use DmHook only for lawful business or personal activity and only when you have the right to manage the connected Instagram account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
2. Automation responsibility
You control the keywords and reply messages created in your workspace. You are responsible for making sure messages are accurate, respectful, non-deceptive and compliant with Instagram rules, applicable law and any advertising or privacy requirements.
3. Instagram connection
Connecting Instagram gives DmHook permission to provide the features you authorize. Instagram remains a separate service governed by Meta's terms and policies. DmHook does not guarantee continued availability of third-party APIs or permissions.
4. Prohibited activity
Do not use DmHook for spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, unlawful content, unauthorized access or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend access when activity creates risk for users, third parties or the platform.
5. Service availability
We work to keep DmHook reliable, but features may change and occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, security or third-party service issues. The service is provided on an as-available basis.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant DmHook the limited permission needed to store and process that content to operate your workspace and deliver the automation you request.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using DmHook at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
